Policies

Rules & Safety

Life Jackets Required

Coast Guard approved life jackets are provided for all passengers and must be worn by all children under 13 at all times while on board.

No Smoking On Board

Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, and vaping — is strictly prohibited on the vessel at all times.

BYOB Welcome

You are welcome to bring your own beverages. All passengers consuming alcohol must be 21+. No glass bottles permitted on board.

No Wake Zones

All no-wake zone rules must be strictly followed. Renter assumes full responsibility for operating within all LCRA regulations.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at time of booking. Renter is liable for any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear.

Return On Time

Boat must be returned by the agreed end time. Late returns are subject to additional hourly charges. Please plan accordingly.

We depart from Lake Travis — one of Texas's most beautiful highland lakes, with crystal-clear water, stunning limestone bluffs, and miles of coves to explore. The perfect backdrop for your best day on the water.

Watercraft Insurance

Purchase per-trip boat liability coverage from Buoy. Use HIN HAMP1764J324 when buying. Email a copy of your policy to bookings@txboatrental.com at least 24 hours before your rental.

Passenger Waivers
